Dr Elise Hartley- Clinical Psychologist
Elise is a Clinical Psychologist with general registration with the Australian Health practitioner registration association and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Elise has experience working with children, adolescents and adults and has a special interest in working with anxiety and mood disorders.
Elise enjoys working with clients in a sensitive and individual manner. She is interested in hearing about the experiences of those she works with, and working together to achieve improved functioning and well-being.
Elise has done additional training in mentalisation, family therapy and attachment informed parenting. Her work is primarily informed by attachment theory, schema and psychodynamic approaches. She completed a PhD conducting her own research into the impact of personality and relationship difficulties on suicidal thoughts and behaviours. The treatment of suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self injury is a particular area of interest.
Elise previously held a position within the WA health department in the Child and Adolescent mental Health Service. In this position she has gained considerable experience working with young people, parents, families and schools. She is confident in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health difficulties for children, adolescents and adults.
Elise is available to see clients age 6 and over.
Unfortunately this practice does not prepare reports for use in family court.

Mirna Gudka- Occupational Therapist
Mirna is an Occupational Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals 18 years and above. Mirna is registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and is a full-time Occupational Therapy Australia (OTA) member.
Occupational Therapists specialise in assessing how a person’s mental health condition impacts their quality of life and functioning. We work with people to better understand their mental health condition and assist with developing and achieving personal goals such as living more independently, developing hobbies, forming community connections, returning to work or studying.
Mirna has extensive experience in assessing and treating a variety of complex mental health conditions developed through her employment within the Department of Psychiatry in a major hospital in WA.
Mirna utilises a range of interventions in her practice including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy skills, mindfulness, sensory modulation, behavioural activation, graded exposure, motivational interviewing, the adaption of daily tasks; amongst others.
A person may be suitable for Occupational Therapy services if they are experiencing any of the following:

Standard sessions are 50 minutes. The fee is dependent on the session length and if Mirna is required for a home visit. Please call Mirna to discuss this in more detail.
NDIS
Referrals for self-managed, plan managed and NDIA managed NDIS recipients are accepted. Please contact Mirna for more information.
