Elise is a Clinical Psychologist with general registration with the Australian Health practitioner registration association and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Elise has experience working with children, adolescents and adults and has a special interest in working with anxiety and mood disorders. 

Elise enjoys working with clients in a sensitive and individual manner. She is interested in hearing about the experiences of those she works with, and working together to achieve improved functioning and well-being. 

Elise has done additional training in mentalisation, family therapy and attachment informed parenting. Her work is primarily informed by attachment theory, schema and psychodynamic approaches. She completed a PhD conducting her own research into the impact of personality and relationship difficulties on suicidal thoughts and behaviours. The treatment of suicidal ideation and non-suicidal self injury is a particular area of interest.

Elise holds a position within the WA health department in the Child and Adolescent mental Health Service. In this position she has gained considerable experience working with young people, parents, families and schools. She is confident in assessment, diagnosis and treatment of mental health difficulties for children, adolescents and adults.
 
Elise is available to see clients age 5 and over.

Unfortunately this practice does not prepare reports for use in family court.
